He's a very good all-rounder but the one thing he does exceptionally well is in the care he takes to avoid any pain. Anyone who's been to the dentist knows it can be quite painful, including the local anaesthetic. But John uses every trick in the book to make it an entirely benign experience. Try him and you'll see for yourself, he really is very good.
